Macklemore & Ryan Lewis – Victory Lap (Official Video)

Honestly this is one of the better videos I’ve seen in a long long time. Amazing all around. Just a great example of how far Macklemore has grown as an artist. Still feel like he was the most underrated yet most deserving freshman in the 2012 XXL list, but thats just me. Kids worked really hard to get to where he’s at and you have to respect that. Plus as always, RL absolutely destroys the production. Here’s the Seattle reps official visuals for “Victory Lap.” Enjoy…

Josh Osho ft. Childish Gambino – Giants

Here’s the South London products latest set of visuals for “Giants” featuring Childish Gambino. No actual appearance from Childish, but the videos still dope overall. I’m actually a big fan of this beat myself and “Giants” is set for an April 23 release on Island Records, as Osho’s debut LP L.I.F.E. is also coming soon.

Tayyib Ali ft. Cisco Adler – Ride With Us

Here we get the young Philly upstart Tayyib Ali’s latest track “Ride With Us” with a bit of a laid back West Coast twist featuring Cisco Adler. I’ve been onto Tayyib for a long time now and it’s been pretty impressive watching him grow as a young artist. We had met through a mutual friend when he was visiting West Virginia University during my junior year a couple years back and he’s gone from freestyling on my porch to making some serious noise in the industry. This may be one of my favorite Tayyib releases to date. Enjoy…

Air Jordan 4 – Military Blue

It’s hard to believe that it’s been 23 years since the original release of the Air Jordan 4, and the shoe is quite possibly more popular than ever in 2012. Thankfully the 4’s happen to be dropping in a handful of colorways this year highlighted by the “Military Blue” release, stirring up much excitement in the sneaker world. With an official release date of June 9th, 2012, and seeing that we haven’t seen these since 2006 expect some long lines at your favorite retailers.

Four More Air Foamposite Releases Confirmed For 2012

Last year’s Foamposite drop’s were impressive to say the least, but 2012′s got an outstanding schedule of releases that should make it the greatest Foamposite year ever.  It’s been confirmed by Nike Sportswear head Gentry Humphrey that 2012′s releases will have 2011 beat in terms of quantity, as four more Foamposites have been confirmed for the remainder of the year. Rumor has it that an all white colorway might hit the scene towards the end of the year while a Black/Green scheme has also been trending for a July release. Either way stay in touch with #ootlyfe as this story develops.

Offspring x Vans Era 59 (Pics)

If anybody thinks they know me, then they know I’ve only been rocking Vans the past couple years. Not saying I refuse to wear other brands, but Vans are my consistent go-to selection for footwear. That being said, the British retailer Offfspring gives the Vans Era 59 a minor makeover with this new pack that features a dope new material selection featuring premium suede and leather. The multicolored release comes in two colorways that feature red, green, blue and brown. Be on the lookout as these will be available exclusively at Offspring.

YONAS – One More Time

Ahhhhhhh. New YONAS always shines a refreshing bright light on a gloomy Monday afternoon. Here we get another catchy track from one of my personal favorite upstarts which is scheduled to be the lead single off his upcoming project, The Transition (can’t wait for this), entitled “One More Time.” Enjoy…

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis – Victory Lap

Here’s a cut off the traditional 2012 XXL Freshman mixtape (which I wasn’t too impressed with) and this one of the few tracks that really stood out to me. I see nothing but an extremely bright future for Macklemore and he deserves every bit of recognition he receives. Here’s his latest with Ryan Lewis entitled “Victory Lap.”
